6 snacks to beat the hunger in a healthy way

Our lives are running, and we are running along. We no longer have time to eat healthy meals for our breakfast, we often skip it, and this affects our health to a great extent. Well, in this fast pace world we exert ourselves to our extreme limit, and when we get exhausted, we need an instant boost of energy to revive ourselves.If you are not able to eat healthy in the morning, you can still  consider these snacks for your hectic work schedule.

1.Fruits:

Fruits are nutritious, low in calories taste delicious and are quick to eat. Cut the fruits in thin slices, pack them in a portable container, and carry them along to your workplace. Fresh fruit is one of my favorite healthy snacks, which help in countering dehydration.
